This song activity is an engaging way to embed “kindness thinking” into your classroom routine, tying directly to the superpower theme from Lesson 1. Music has a unique power to evoke emotions, create connections, and make learning memorable.

- Introduction (3–5 min)

Quick question: “What’s a song that makes you happy? How does it make you feel kind?” - Main Activity: Learn & Sing (7–10 min)

Introduction (3–4 min)
Gather in a circle.
“Today we’re going to use a song to help our kindness superpower come out! Songs make us feel happy inside, just like when we’re kind. Ready to sing and move?”
Teach & Sing with Actions (8–10 min)
Teach line by line with big gestures:
• Thumbs up → big thumbs-up in the air
• Help someone → pretend to help a friend stand up
• Smile, share, give a hand → smile wide, mime sharing, wave
• Make the world a happy land → arms wide
• One kind act lights up the way → pretend to light a flashlight
Sing 3–4 times. Variation: Walk in a circle and freeze on “kind!”
Quick Game & Reflection (3–4 min)
Kindness Freeze Dance: Pause the song and freeze in a kind pose.
