How These Lessons Work

Every lesson uses the same simple engine: the Kindness Cycle (Notice → Choose → Act with a Thumbs Up + Smile). Kindness is framed as a learnable superpower that students already have inside them. Lessons are low-prep, 15–25 minutes, and designed for morning meeting, advisory, or SEL blocks.
