- Use the site for lawful, personal, classroom, family, or organizational kindness work.

How kids and classrooms may use them
- Kids may use classroom names (Pause Pax, Helper Hank, Hurry Holly) when talking about the stories.
- Credits, books, videos, and products use the official names (Pax Stillchoice™, Hank Handrise™, Holly Rushon™).
- You may print a badge or worksheet we offer for personal, family, or classroom use, unaltered, with credit to ThumbsUpForKindness Inc.
- You may not sell our characters, rewrite our books as your own, train a model on our manuscripts, or put our art on merchandise without written permission.
Daily forces (Bully Bob, Mean Molly, and the rest) are habits in a story, not real people. They are still our copyrighted characters.
Kids and families
Much of this site is written for children ages 7–12 and the adults who care for them. Parents, teachers, and caregivers should review pages, pledges, and challenges before a child uses them.
- Do not send us a child’s full name, school, address, photo, or contact details unless a parent or teacher is the one writing and it is needed for the message.
- Challenge picks, Season 1 votes, and “keep me posted” notes should come from an adult or with an adult.
- Badges are a signal, not a rank, job, or official title.
If you believe a child has sent personal information we should not have, use the Contact page and ask us to delete it.
Products, free tools, and social venture
ThumbsUpForKindness Inc. is a for-profit social venture. We give away many school and family resources. Kindness products and paid kits help fund the mission. That model is described on About.
- Free downloads remain our copyright. Free does not mean public domain.
- Paid items are described on their product pages. Taxes, shipping, and refund rules appear at checkout or on that page.
- We do not promise a specific school outcome, sales result, or investment return on this Legal page.
The Investors page is not an offer to sell securities. Investment talk, if any, happens separately and in writing.
Privacy, messages, and links
If you write us through Contact, we use that message to reply and to run the project. We do not sell your inbox to a list broker.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or health records through the Contact form.
We may use cookies or standard analytics to see which pages help people. Third-party tools (forms, payments, video, fonts) follow their own terms.
Links to other sites are for convenience. ThumbsUpForKindness Inc. is not responsible for their content or practices.
