All digital downloads (including digital Kindness Kits and resources) from ThumbsUpForKindness Inc. are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. We provide previews where possible so you can review before purchase.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund (including original shipping).
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in unused, original condition.
- Custom or personalized items (including personalized HeroKindness figures) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
