What a character card is
A character card is not a lecture. It is one specialist in your hand.
- Front: the hero, the official badge, the skill, how to use it, the impact, and the hero’s line.
- Back: the Team Promise, where to learn more, and why the card was given.
The card starts the skill. The character page finishes it.
How to use it
How it fits the team
Learner → Kindness Skill-Certified → Team Member.
- Choose a hero.
- Use the skill once.
- Open the hero’s page for the 3 lessons.
- Print the certificate.
- Say the Team Promise.
- Wear the badge as a signal, not a rank.
The card does not replace the certificate.
