What “new crews” means

The first 2–8 people (or one person) using the tools this week. We learn in public what feels real vs forced.

Framework from adults. Script from teens. Quiet still counts.

If you’re a teen

1. Write one sentence at the workshop. A crew without a line is just another group chat.
2. Pick a shape: personal, friends, team, outreach, school.
3. Invite 1–7 people. Say it’s optional.
4. One practice this week. Your words — or none.

You are space and safety — not the main character. Not a kindness program.

Offer a door, not a campaign. 5–15 minutes.
Always optional. No required badge, pledge, or post.
Student-led when possible. Don’t write their lines.
Safety. No harvesting stories. Distress → school / family supports.
