Inspired by my grandkids in SK and Grade 1, the program promotes positive actions (like smiling at someone, helping a classmate, or holding a door) through daily actions, a fun thumbs-up gesture to celebrate kindness, our Kindness Pledge and Kindness Poem/.Song, KindHero to lead the way . We're piloting in local schools to help, reduce negativity/bullying, impact mental health, develop this important life skill of kindness—starting small but with big ripple effects for mental health and community connection.
