Fun Ways to use it with kids

• After an act: Kids sing the first and last lines quickly with a big thumbs-up.

• In class: During circle time, sing the full thing together—add gestures (smile wide on "smile," pretend to lend a hand, thumbs up high at the end).

• Reminders: "Who can we help today? Someone new? Someone who needs a hand? Let's sing our song!"

• Extend the reach: Encourage them to think "beyond friends" by asking: "Who else could we be kind to today? A crossing guard? The lunch helper? Someone new in class?"
